Tottenham predicted lineup vs West Ham - Premier League
Tottenham travel east to face their capital rivals West Ham United in the Premier League on Wednesday evening.
This is the first of numerous midweek fixtures that Tottenham will be engaged in as the powers that be try to cram in as many matches as possible before the Qatar World Cup. Antonio Conte revealed that "it’s normal to make rotation" during this busy period and warned: "The players [need] to be intelligent to understand that they have to sometimes go on the bench, come in, alternate."

RWB: Emerson Royal - The all-action Brazilian has had more touches in the final third than Harry Kane this season (per FBref).
CM: Yves Bissouma - With the warning of rotation already flagged by Conte ahead of Wednesday night, the £25m arrival may be afforded his first start for the club.
