90min is the home of the PFA Vertu Motors Fans’ Player of the Month Award for the 2022/23 season.

Each month, you can vote for your favourite players across five divisions of English football, for the chance to win incredible prizes, including the opportunity to present the award to the winning player.

Your League Two nominees for October are:


1. Josh Davison (AFC Wimbledon)

Every time Josh Davison scored in October for AFC Wimbledon, they were successful in picking up three points.

The 23-year-old opened his account for the month with a crucial brace in the 2-1 win over Colchester, before goals against Rochdale and Harrogate also bagged vital three points.


2. Paul Smyth (Leyton Orient)

Three goals for Leyton Orient's lead striker Paul Smyth helped them stay top of the League Two table in October.

Smyth, who has played all across the frontline this season, scored his first goal of the month in the 1-1 draw with Doncaster, and followed that up with strikes against Gillingham and Salford - both games that Orient would pick up three points in.


3. Jordan Roberts (Stevenage)

It was a very good October for Stevenage and an even better one for Jordan Roberts.

The 28-year-old opened the month with a crucial goal in the 2-1 win over Crawley before claiming both goals in the win over Swindon.

He then scored the winner in the 1-0 win over Doncaster and bagged an assist in the draw with Colchester.


4. Paddy Madden (Stockport County)

It was a month to forget for Paddy Madden in September, but October was a completely different story for the Stockport County striker.

Madden scored in the first four games of the month - against Walsall, Bradford, Grimsby and Salford - before bagging an assist against Carlisle.

A fifth strike against Sutton topped off a wonderful month for the 32-year-old.


5. Jonathan Williams (Swindon Town)

October was a splendid month for Wales international Jonathan Williams as his four goals and one assist helped Swindon into the play-off places.

Williams opened the month with a goal against Northampton and also claimed a strike against Hartlepool. An assist in the 1-0 win over Colchester followed, before a brilliant brace against promotion rivals Mansfield earned the Robins three points in a romping 5-2 win.


6. Luke Jephcott (Swindon Town)

The second Swindon Town player to be nominated, on-loan striker Luke Jephcott also enjoyed himself in October.

Newport and Hartlepool were the first two sides that he netted against, before a short cameo from the bench earned the Robins a 1-1 draw at Bradford.

Jephcott was also on target in the convincing 5-2 win over Mansfield.
