The third round of the Carabao Cup sees teams competing in Europe come into the competition.

13 Premier League teams joined the party for round two, while the remaining seven - Manchester City, cup holders Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham, Arsenal, Manchester United and West Ham - are now into the hat and are the favourites to take home the trophy.

When does the Carabao Cup third round draw take place?

The EFL have not yet confirmed a date for the third round draw, but it is expected to come after the final set of second round fixtures on Wednesday 24 August.


How to watch the Carabao Cup third round draw on TV?

It is expected that the draw will be available to watch on Sky Sports Football following the second round matches, which kick off at 19:45 (BST). They are expected to finish by 22:00, with Tranmere Rovers' clash with Newcastle United being shown on the channel that evening.
