Carabao Cup 2022/23: Draw, fixtures, results & guide to each round

The Carabao Cup - also known as the EFL Cup or League Cup - may not boast the glitz and glamour of the Premier League or the romanticism of the FA Cup, but it's still a trophy which needs claiming in England.
The competition, which was established in 1960, is regionalised for the early rounds of the competition but those restrictions are lifted once the 32 participants in the third round are confirmed.
Liverpool are the competition's defending champions having seen off Chelsea in a dramatic penalty shootout at Wembley last year.
