UFC president Dana White isn't a fan of football, dubbing it 'the least talented sport on earth'.

Football has been getting more and more popular in White's home country of America, as has been very much evident at the World Cup.

The USMNT received more support than ever in their nation during their run to the round of 16 in Qatar, where they lost 3-1 to the Netherlands.

While the sport may be growing in the states though, White himself isn't a fan, claiming footballers aren't talented athletes.

“Soccer? Whole other ball game. Can’t stand soccer, I think that it’s the least talented sport on earth,” he said on a podcast. There’s a reason three-year-olds can play soccer, ok? You run around and kick a ball.

"You wouldn’t say that if you were in Brazil, dude I’d say this in any country ever. When you’re playing a game where the net is this big right, and the score is 3-1, are you s***ting me right now?

"Do you know how untalented you have to be to score three points when the net is this big?"

The big question surrounding the USMNT at the moment is whether Gregg Berhalter will remain manager now the World Cup is over.

It's been reported that he has entered talks to renew his contract, and some fans are disappointed by this news, feeling he's underperformed given the talent he has at his disposal, despite the fact that he won the Nations League and Gold Cup in 2021.
