Tottenham have revealed their new away kit for the 2022/23 season.

Spurs have moved away from the bold galaxy themed strip they wore last term in favour of a simpler blue shirt, with the club crest and Nike sponsor in the centre. The kit launch video involves Son Heung-min, Ben Davies and Shelina Zadorsky and also pays tribute to club legend Jimmy Greaves.

The video shows a car with the number plate 'GRE4VE5', with Spurs explaining their process behind the launch.

A statement reads: "The launch video is themed around the passion and enjoyment of playing grassroots football, shot at night to a high-tempo soundtrack, with the club’s players and fans illuminated under neon lights, echoing the shirt’s volt detailing. It celebrates individual personalities and energy, with eagle-eyed fans likely to spot nods to legendary players and moments from our history."

The shirt will be worn for the first time in the pre-season match with Sevilla on Saturday.

Antonio Conte's side got their pre-season campaign up and running on Wednesday with a 6-3 victory over Team K League in Seoul, with Harry Kane and Son Heung-min both netting braces alongside a long distance Eric Dier strike and an own goal.

Spurs have been busy in the summer transfer window, with the likes of Ivan Perisic, Yves Bissouma and Richarlison among those to have been brought in, while there is also interest in extending Harry Kane's contract.

90min understands neither party are in a rush to get a new contract done despite talk of interest from Bayern Munich, with England captain Kane happy working under Conte following last year's Nuno Espirito Santo debacle.
