It's full speed ahead on the Ange Postecoglou train when Tottenham return to Premier League action on Friday night at Crystal Palace.

Although Tottenham returned to the top of the Premier League table on Monday night by beating Fulham, the Australian boss slammed his side's second-half performance with the Lilywhites not needing to reach top gear.

The north Londoners don't have too much time to celebrate their outright table-topping berth as they are back in action on Friday night at Selhurst Park.

With no European football to contend with nor the Carabao Cup to consider, this turnaround is the quickest Spurs will have for quite some time.

Here's how Tottenham could line up for their upcoming Premier League fixture at Palace.

GK: Guglielmo Vicario - 'The Tottenham One' produced yet another stellar display on Monday night as he kept his fourth Premier League clean sheet. Vicario's enjoyed a brilliant start to his Tottenham career.

RB: Pedro Porro - Signed to excel as an Antonio Conte wing-back, Porro has been hand-crafted by Ange into the ultimate inverted full-back.

CB: Cristian Romero - Emboldened by his newfound responsibility as vice-captain, Romero is certainly living up to the lofty praise thrust upon him by Lionel Messi.

CB: Micky van de Ven - The Dutchman has slotted in seamlessly and has played a big role in Romero's improvement at the start of 2023/24. Jan Vertonghen with pace to burn.

LB: Destiny Udogie - Ange killed FPL owners on Monday by withdrawing Udogie before the crucial 60-minute mark, but the boss admitted post-match that the star left-back was carrying a little knock. However, the Italy international isn't expected to miss any time as a result of the issue.

CM: Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg - Yves Bissouma is available after serving his one-game suspension, but a booking on Friday would see him miss Chelsea's visit. Thus, Hojbjerg could remain in the side after impressing on his first league start of the season against Fulham.

CM: Pape Matar Sarr - Sarr was dealing with an illness on Monday night, but he still ate up ground during another tenacious display. The midfielder should be ready to go at Selhurst Park.

RW: Dejan Kulusevski - The Swede impressed once again without notching a goal contribution. His performances may be going under the radar, but Ange is undoubtedly aware of just how well Kulusevski's playing.

AM: James Maddison - The dazzling playmaker produced yet again last time out as he tucked away Spurs' second. It's hard to imagine Ange's side without Maddison right now.

ST: Son Heung-min - With Erling Haaland not quite scoring at his relentless 2022/23 rate, Son might be eyeing another Golden Boot this season.

LW: Richarlison - 'Richy' notched an assist against the Cottagers and has generally been pretty effective since Ange deployed him wide left as opposed to up top.
