Champions League-chasing Tottenham host West Ham in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon as east travels north for a London derby.

Antonio Conte has desperately struggled for consistent results this calendar year. Tottenham last recorded consecutive victories in late December Day, defeating Crystal Palace after a Carabao Cup elimination of their weekend rivals West Ham.

Following Wednesday's win over Brighton, here's the XI Conte may deploy to embark upon what has been a rare winning streak.

1. Goalkeeper & defenders

Hugo Lloris (GK) - The Spurs skipper is one of five Premier League goalkeepers that have played every minute for their club this season.

Cristian Romero (CB) - Since February alone Romero has picked up four Premier League yellow cards. Manchester City as a team have only received five cautions in this same period.

Eric Dier (CB) - Under Conte's stewardship and shift to a back-three, Dier's ability to drive forward with the ball has been unleashed; the defender now embarks upon three times as many progressive carries compared to Nuno Espirito Santo's brief reign.

Ben Davies (CB) - The Wales international played 13% of the available Premier League minutes under the departed Santo. Conte has seen fit to include him 94% of the time.

2. Midfielders & wingbacks

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg

Matt Doherty (RWB) - The 2020 summer arrival has made four consecutive Premier League starts for the first time in his Tottenham career.

Rodrigo Bentancur (CM) - Given the prolonged and seemingly unending absence of Oliver Skipp, Bentancur's adaptation to Tottenham has been mercifully swift.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg (CM) - The industrious Dane leads the team in most defensive metrics measured (tackles, interceptions, blocks, pressures...).

Sergio Reguilon (LWB) - The form of the currently injured Ryan Sessegnon limited Reguilon to just one Premier League appearance in February - a galling 3-2 turnaround against Southampton.

3. Forwards

Dejan Kulusevski (RW) - In 17 fewer appearances, Kulusevski has already directly contributed to more goals for Tottenham than he provided in the first half of the campaign at Juventus.

Harry Kane (ST) - Just days after becoming the Premier League's most prolific player on the road, Kane faces his favourite home opponents, having scored eight goals in six top-flight games against the Hammers.

Son Heung-min (LW) - If South Korea's favourite son plays both of his nation's World Cup qualifiers this month, he will become the second 100-cap holder in the Tottenham squad (after France's Lloris).
