Spain will be keen to go one better than the draw they managed with Switzerland in their last outing when they face Germany in the Nations League on Tuesday.

La Roja slipped to second in Group 4 of League A after Germany capitalised on that draw to beat Ukraine 3-1.

Sergio Ramos missed two penalties in the last game, but Luis Enrique's men are still in a good position in the group and will surely be up for the battle against Germany in what is a re-run of the 2008 European Championship final.

Here's the side Enrique should name to face Germany.

1. Goalkeepers & Defenders

Unai Simon (GK) - The current form of fellow Spaniards Kepa Arrizabalaga and David de Gea means Simon has a solid chance to take the number one jersey full time. The Nations League is the perfect opportunity to cement his place in time for the Euros.

Hector Bellerin (RB) - Bellerin is another who will want to prove he's worthy of the position and become a regular in the starting XI. His ambition to get forward is one of his key strengths.

Sergio Ramos (CB) - The Spanish captain will be keen to avenge his double penalty miss against Switzerland this week and will no doubt test himself again from the spot if he's required. He's a leader and experienced enough to dust himself off.

Pau Torres (CB) - Torres is a promising youngster who looks part of the next generation of Spanish talent. He has a real chance to become a regular, especially alongside the ageing Ramos.

Jose Gaya (LB) - Gaya could recover from needing stitches in time to play against Germany. He was involved in a nasty clash of heads against Holland and was replaced by Sergio Reguilon. If he isn't fit, the Tottenham man will likely step in.

2. Midfielders

Mikel Merino (CM) - Merino managed 81 minutes in the game against Switzerland, with Enrique opting to save his legs in preparation for the Germany clash. He has started four games for Spain recently and is another of the new batch of talent.

Koke (CM) - Koke only featured as a second half substitute against Switzerland and should offer a fresh option alongside Merino.

Ferran Torres (RW) - Torres has been one of Spain's main attacking outlets during the Nations League campaign and his flexibility to play on either wing is a real benefit for his team.

Fabian Ruiz (AM) - Ruiz was hauled off in the last game as Spain chose to add more attacking power in Alvaro Morata. He will be keen to make more of an impact this time around.

Mikel Oyarzabal (LW) - The 23-year old has started Spain's last three Nations League matches and offers a great option on the wing. Has scored six La Liga goals for Real Sociedad this season.

3. Forward

Alvaro Morata (ST) - The former Chelsea striker was a substitute in the Switzerland clash but his record for Spain speaks for itself. He's bagged 17 goals in 35 games.
