Southampton sack manager Nathan Jones

Southampton have confirmed that manager Nathan Jones has been sacked.
The Saints currently sit bottom of the Premier League table with just 15 points from 22 games.
They were most recently beaten 2-1 at home by ten-man Wolves on Saturday afternoon despite having led 1-0.
After replacing Ralph Hasenhuttl earlier this season, Jones failed to turn Southampton's fortunes around and has now paid the price, with the club confirming on Sunday morning that he has departed the club.
In a statement, Southampton said: "Southampton Football Club can confirm it has parted company with Men’s First Team Manager Nathan Jones.
"First Team Coaches Chris Cohen and Alan Sheehan have also left the club.
"First Team Lead Coach Ruben Selles will take charge of training and prepare the team ahead of next weekend’s game against Chelsea."
Jones lost nine of his 14 games in charge of Southampton, while he only oversaw one Premier League win - a 2-1 victory at Frank Lampard's Everton.
His direct style of football and bizarre press conferences saw him quickly become an unpopular figure among Saints fans following his November arrival from Luton Town.
Jones has become just the eighth manager in Premier League history to lose his job less than 100 days into his tenure.
