Real Madrid travel to face Mallorca in La Liga action as Carlo Ancelotti's side look to continue their momentum following their emotional midweek Champions League victory over PSG.

2-0 down on aggregate with just under 30 minutes to play, Karim Benzema struck a hat-trick to send Real Madrid through to the quarter-finals for the second season in a row.

Los Blancos currently occupy top spot in the league and they will be keen to consolidate their eight-point advantage over closest challengers Sevilla.

Here's how Real Madrid could line up.

1. Goalkeeper & defenders

Thibaut Courtois (GK) - The best goalkeeper on the planet? You could certainly make a strong case.

Dani Carvajal (RB) - Would have been breathing a huge sigh of relief at full time after being given the runaround by Kylian Mbappe in midweek.

Eder Militao (CB) - A hugely exciting prospect, nailing down a permanent place in the team this season after a promising end to the last campaign.

David Alaba (CB) - Been a standout in central defence under Ancelotti this season, with his recovery pace proving particularly useful.

Ferland Mendy (LB) - Offers real dynamism on the left hand side, dominating the flank both offensively and defensively. Should return following his Champions League suspension.

2. Midfielders

Casemiro (CM) - A walking yellow card, with Real certainly missing his athletic qualities in the first half against PSG.

Fede Valverde (CM) - Likely to be another chance to impress for the 23-year-old with Toni Kroos still not fully fit.

Luka Modric (CM) - A magisterial display in midweek, taking the game by the scruff of its neck in the second half.

3. Forwards

Rodrygo (RW) - Made a huge difference after coming off the bench in midweek, adding energy on the right hand side.

Karim Benzema (ST) - One of the best scorers of all time, leapfrogging Alfredo di Stefano in the all-time top scorer list for the Spanish giants.

Vinicius Junior (LW) - Has went to another level this season, netting 13 times while grabbing six assists in La Liga alone this term.
