PSG will go in search of a much needed victory when they welcome Brest to the Parc des Princes in Ligue 1 this weekend.

Mauricio Pochettino's side made it just one victory from their last five outings after a 1-1 draw with a struggling Lyon side last time out.

The Argentine is dealing with a host of Covid-19 enforced absences - Lionel Messi missed last weekend's clash - but he will have to arrest PSG's worrying league form despite their unassailable lead at the top of the table.

Here's how they could line up this weekend.

Keylor Navas (GK) - Gianluigi Donnarumma's fitness issues have seen the former Real Madrid man retain his place this season.

Colin Dagba (RB) - The 23-year-old must step up in the absence of Hakimi, who is at the Africa Cup of Nations.

Sergio Ramos (CB) - The Spaniard returned to the squad last weekend but failed to get off the bench.

Marquinhos (CB) - The Brazilian will be hoping he can form a formidable partnership with Ramos.

Juan Bernat (LB) - Pochettino has yet to settle on either the Spaniard or Nuno Mendes as the best option for PSG.

2. Midfielders

Xavi Simons (CM) - Came off the bench against Lyon last weekend and there's high hopes at PSG for the 18-year-old.

Leandro Paredes (CM) - A classy operator in midfield, capable of controlling the tempo of any game.

Marco Verratti (CM) - Small in stature but he packs a punch in his performances.

3. Forwards

Lionel Messi (RW) - Should return to the starting lineup this weekend after missing the draw with Lyon.

Mauro Icardi (ST) - Has netted just once since his strike against Lyon in September.

Kylian Mbappe (LW) - The Frenchman has been PSG's talisman this season despite the persistent links with a move to Real Madrid.
