A pivotal weekend in the Premier League is upon us with the destination of the title, the top four race and the relegation scrap all still to be decided.

There are plenty of intriguing matches to enjoy over the course of the weekend with some elements of the table expected to be finalised by Monday night, when Newcastle and Leicester meet with a Champions League place and a relegation spot on the line.

Here's 90min's predictions for the upcoming weekend of action.

Tottenham have spent much of the Premier League season fighting for a place in the top four but now must beat Brentford to keep alive their hopes of qualifying for the Europa League rather than the Europa Conference League.

That could happen in a high scoring encounter before a raft of 3pm kick-offs are headlined by Manchester United's trip to Bournemouth and Liverpool's home game with Aston Villa.

The Red Devils may have too much firepower against a side who have nothing to play for, and it's a good job as Jurgen Klopp's Reds are on a winning streak that is likely to continue at Anfield.

Pivoting towards the bottom of the table, Everton have a chance to all but secure their place in the Premier League with a win at Wolves, while Fulham's clash with Crystal Palace has draw written all over it with nothing at stake.

Arsenal must keep their faint title hopes alive with victory against Nottingham Forest in Saturday's late game - they should achieve that, just.

Sunday kicks off with Sam Allardyce leading relegation-threatened Leeds to former club West Ham, who will still be bouncing off the walls after beating AZ Alkmaar to reach the Europa Conference League final.

A tense encounter could all square while Brighton are disposing of already doomed Southampton at the AMEX.

The headline act of the day could see the crowning of Manchester City as Premier League champions for the first third season in a row – they entertain Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium and will be brimming with confidence after their midweek demolition job of Real Madrid, among many other stunning recent performances.

The final game of the weekend sees Newcastle presented with the opportunity to not only secure a Champions League finish but also relegate Leicester. If Everton win on Saturday, the Foxes will need all three points to have chance of staying up – that looks to be a tall order given the recent form of Eddie Howe's side.
