Enjoy this weekend of Premier League football ladies and gentleman, the international break is on the horizon.

This is the final weekend of top-flight action before a fortnight of international football, something which always somewhat jars only four games into the new season.

However, there is plenty to get our teeth stuck into this weekend with three mouth-watering games taking place on Sunday, including the reunion of old familiar foes.

Here is everything you need to know ahead of Sunday's Premier League action.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

While not the most eye-catching fixture of the weekend on paper, there is still plenty to play for at Selhurst Park this Sunday.

Roy Hodgson's Crystal Palace will be searching for their second Premier League win of the season, having lost their previous home fixture 1-0 to Arsenal. A late Joachim Andersen goal salvaged a point away at Brentford last weekend and was followed by a 4-2 midweek victory over Plymouth Argyle in which Jean-Philippe Mateta's hat-trick helped the Eagles overcome a two-goal deficit.

Despite a slow start to the season which saw back-to-back league defeats, Gary O'Neil has now enjoyed two successive victories in charge of Wolves. Last weekend's late win over Everton was followed by a 5-0 thrashing of Blackpool in the Carabao Cup.

Liverpool vs Aston Villa

Liverpool will be looking for a third straight win in the Premier League when Aston Villa arrive at Anfield, although they'll be hoping they finish the game with 11 players on the pitch this weekend.

Darwin Nunez's brace against Newcastle United last Sunday saw the Reds complete a remarkable comeback despite Virgil van Dijk's sending-off after just 28 minutes at St James' Park. Whether the Uruguayan has convinced Jurgen Klopp he deserves a starting spot remains to be seen, but it's certainly a positive dilemma the German is facing.

Aston Villa, fresh from a 3-0 midweek win over Hibernian in the Europa Conference League qualifying rounds, will be aiming to do exactly what they did at Anfield last season and come away with at least a point. Unai Emery's side are capable of mixing it with the best and come into the contest on the back of successive league wins over Everton and Burnley.

These old adversaries have already faced one another this summer, albeit in a pre-season friendly. Manchester United came out 2-0 victors that day, but this is the one that really counts.

The spoils were shared between the pair last season with both teams winning their respective home fixtures in the Premier League. Arsenal needed a late Eddie Nketiah goal to take all three points in a thrilling 3-2 win at the Emirates last January, but Mikel Arteta will be hopeful of a more comfortable afternoon on Sunday.

United supporters may get their very first glimpse of £72m striker Rasmus Hojlund this weekend and the Red Devils desperately need him to hit the ground running. It hasn't been a blistering start by any means for Erik ten Hag's side, but they have still managed six points from their opening three matches.
