Two goals in three games saw Solly March continue his fine form in his namesake month. There were even a few eyebrows raised when he was overlooked for the England squad for the recent Euro 2024 qualifiers.

Having finally overcome injury and fitness woes, Alexander Isak made a huge impact for Newcastle in March, grabbing one goal in a 2-1 win against Wolves before scoring both - including a stoppage-time penalty - in their 2-1 victory at Nottingham Forest.
