PSG team news

Sergio Ramos has made a grand total of two Ligue 1 starts in a thoroughly underwhelming Parisian swan song. The former Real Madrid skipper has returned to a light form of training but isn't expected to feature this weekend.

His Spanish compatriot Ander Herrera missed the midweek humiliation with an infected eye. Layvin Kurzawa is also thought to be absent as he nurses an issue with his back.

Bordeaux team news

Bordeaux's relegation plight hasn't been aided by the loss of their first-choice goalkeeper Benoit Costil for the last six matches. His replacement Gaetan Poussin scored an own goal last weekend and may well fill in once more.

Veteran forward Jimmy Briand is unlikely to add to his 11 appearances off the bench this term while he recovers from a foot injury. Tom Lacoux (ankle) and Ricardo Mangas (hamstring) are both doubtful as well.

PSG vs Bordeaux score prediction

Taken in isolation, this should be a straightforward case of top overcoming bottom in a Ligue 1 book-ender. Yet, football games aren't independent events and the midweek disappointment awash in PSG's dressing room can't be overlooked.

Nevertheless, Bordeaux have conceded more goals than any other club in Europe's top five leagues and PSG have collected 37 of a possible 39 points in Paris this term.

As much as they may be hurting, the capital club aren't likely to lose their first home game of the season this Sunday.

Prediction: PSG 2-1 Bordeaux
