Newcastle will look to increase their cushion in the Premier League's top four when they travel to face West Ham on Wednesday.

The Magpies are flying high up in third after a well-deserved 2-0 victory over Manchester United last time out, and they'll fancy their chances against a West Ham side still struggling towards the bottom of the table.

Here's how Eddie Howe could set up.

Newcastle predicted lineup vs West Ham (4-3-3)

GK: Nick Pope - After a rocky few weeks, Pope seems to have rediscovered his composure once again.

RB: Kieran Trippier - Two assists in three games for Trippier, who is causing plenty of problems from the right.

CB: Fabian Schar - The less-glamorous of Newcastle's two defenders, Schar has perhaps been the top performer.

CB: Sven Botman - An inspired signing, Botman has provided the missing link in Newcastle's back line.

LB: Dan Burn - Expect Burn to be targeted once again, with Jarrod Bowen backing his footwork to unsettle the left-back.

DM: Bruno Guimaraes - Guimaraes will line up opposite long-time friend Lucas Paqueta, who has visited his former teammate on Tyneside once or twice.

CM: Sean Longstaff - Few players have benefited from Howe's management quite like Longstaff, who looks like the £40m player Manchester United almost made him a few years ago.

CM: Joe Willock - Joelinton is back from suspension but will have a tough battle displacing Willock, who scored last time out.

RW: Jacob Murphy - Miguel Almiron's injury means Murphy will almost certainly keep his place in the starting lineup.

ST: Alexander Isak - A fit-and-firing Isak has the potential to be one of the scariest strikers in the Premier League.

LW: Allan Saint-Maximin - He's not a certainty to start but Saint-Maximin's trickery could be chaos for Thilo Kehrer.
