Newcastle United return to London on Saturday to take on Brentford in the Premier League.

The Magpies left the capital with three points on Wednesday night after thumping West Ham 5-1 and strengthening their grip on third spot.

Eddie Howe's men are in a great position to secure UEFA Champions League football for next season, but the job isn't done yet.

Here's how Newcastle could set out against Brentford.

Newcastle predicted lineup vs Brentford

GK: Nick Pope - Once again standing alone as the Premier League's lead clean sheet-getter with 13.

RB: Kieran Trippier - No defender has created more big chances than the former Atletico Madrid right-back this season (19).

CB: Fabian Schar - Grabbed his first goal contribution since the opening day of the season last time out, assisting Joelinton for Newcastle's second goal at West Ham.

CB: Sven Botman - Can the young Dutchman continue his ascent and keep Ivan Toney quiet? It's a tough ask.

LB: Dan Burn - Brentford's starting left-back, Rico Henry, is roughly a whole foot shorter than 6ft6 Dan Burn.

DM: Bruno Guimaraes - Quite easily one of the league's leading midfielders now. Will have his work cut out with the equally combative Christian Norgaard.

CM: Sean Longstaff - Often the unsung hero of Newcastle's aggressive midfield three.

CM: Joelinton - Returned to the starting lineup in style on Wednesday with a memorable brace.

RW: Jacob Murphy - January signing Anthony Gordon will be pushing for a start but Jacob Murphy hasn't done too much wrong to justify coming out of the side.

CF: Alexander Isak - Callum Wilson is back among the goals, but so is record signing Alexander Isak. A luxury problem for Howe to have.

LW: Allan Saint-Maximin - Enjoying one of his best runs in the side in recent memory. Averaging a league-high 4 dribbles per 90 minutes, 1.2 more than second-placed Adama Traore and 1.6 more than Kaoru Mitoma in third.
