Napoli remain confident of keeping hold of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia despite interest from Manchester City, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Barcelona, 90min understands.

Kvaratskhelia has been one of, if not the, most exciting footballer to watch in Europe this season, dazzling with his tricky out wide in a brilliant SSC Napoli team.

The Georgian has bagged 12 goals and 13 assists in all competitions for Napoli to date, propelling to an seemingly unassailable lead at the top of the Serie A table.

Unsurprisingly, his form has not gone unnoticed by Europe's elite clubs. 90min understands that Premier League trio Manchester City, Newcastle United and Chelsea are all keeping an eye on the wide player, while across the continent Real Madrid, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich are all also keen.

Speaking about the interest recently, Kvaratskhelia's agent admitted that the player is a Madrid fan, stating: "His father and I are Barca fans, but Kvara loves Real Madrid. If I see him in a Barca shirt I'll be happy, but he's Madridista."

90min previously revealed that Napoli were confident of keeping Kvaratskhelia and sources have confirmed that remains the case. The club are under no financial pressure to sell and are even willing to double the 22-year-old's salary to make him the highest paid player at the club.

Kvaratskhelia's representatives are understood to have asked for a release clause to be added to any future contract signing at Napoli, who are also bracing themselves for interest in leading marksman Victor Osimhen this summer.

He's been made Chelsea's top striking this summer, 90min understands, with Manchester United also showing interest after a phenomenal season of goalscoring.
