Manchester United have a tough task on their hands on Sunday when they visit an Everton side that has just received a ten-point deduction from the Premier League.

Toffees fans are planning some pretty serious protests and raucous noise, something Man Utd will need to tune out as they have their own issues to worry about. Form is still inconsistent and a number of important players are out injured.

Manager Erik ten Hag will need to shuffle the pack once again, with a number of important decisions to be made in midfield and on the wings.

Here's the team Ten Hag may choose when Man Utd take on Everton this weekend in the Premier League.

GK: Andre Onana - There were fears Onana would be out of action after sustaining an injury with Cameroon, but the latest reports suggest he will be cleared to start against Everton.

RB: Aaron Wan-Bissaka - He missed the game against Luton Town with illness but is expected to return here. Has shown himself to be more effective than Diogo Dalot on the right.

CB: Raphael Varane - There has been a lot of talk about Varane's future but when fit he is still Man Utd's best starting defender and is expected to be in charge here.

CB: Harry Maguire - The way Maguire has turned the narrative around is impressive but one mistake could yet undo a couple of months of good work. He will be trusted again by Ten Hag here.

LB: Sergio Reguilon - Luke Shaw is back in training which is great news for Man Utd but this game will almost certainly come too soon for a start, so expect Reguilon to feature at left-back with Tyrell Malacia still out.

CM: Scott McTominay - The Scotland international seems to be the most trusted midfielder at United right now, especially with Casemiro set for a spell on the sidelines. He is the sort of individual who will relish the atmosphere at Goodison Park.

CM: Sofyan Amrabat - This is the conservative option in midfield to partner McTominay. Christian Eriksen is out injured and the other main option is Mason Mount, but given it could be an incredibly physical game, Ten Hag may feel more secure with Amrabat in the middle.

RW: Antony - There could be a lot of change in the attacking areas and while Antony has not had a good season so far at all, he is likely to start on the right wing this time.

AM: Bruno Fernandes - The Portuguese midfielder has enjoyed visits to Goodison Park in the past and will be one of the leaders on the pitch for Ten Hag.

LW: Alejandro Garnacho - Marcus Rashford could feature on the left if Rasmus Hojlund is fit to start up front. If Rashford is deployed centrally, Garnacho is likely to take this place on the left wing.

ST: Marcus Rashford - Ten Hag has two options here without Hojlund. He could start Anthony Martial and hope for the best, or shift Rashford into the middle and see if the Englishman can finally get back among the goals in a new role.
