Liverpool's impressive start to the season continues when they visit Luton Town on Sunday afternoon in the Premier League.

The Reds' continued their winning ways on Wednesday night with victory in Carabao Cup against Bournemouth, sealing their spot in the quarter-finals. Three points at Kenilworth Road would take them level on points with current league leaders Tottenham with Arsenal and Manchester City in action on Saturday.

Manager Jurgen Klopp has a handful of injuries to contend with but his strong squad is still expected to surge to a win with relative ease.

Here's the starting XI he could pick on Sunday.

GK: Alisson Becker - He may not have ranked in the Yashin Trophy handed out by France Football but he remains arguably the best goalkeeper in the world.

RB: Trent Alexander-Arnold - His move infield has yielded only one assist in the league this season, despite creating 11 chances.

CB: Ibrahima Konate - Van Dijk has had a number of centre-back partners so far this season with injuries never too far away but France international Konate is the natural option to join him when fit.

CB: Virgil van Dijk - Only Brentford's Ethan Pinnock with 44 is ahead of the Dutchman's 39 aerial duels won by centre-backs in the Premier League this season.

LB: Kostas Tsimikas - Andy Robertson remains a long-term absentee after shoulder surgery. Tsimikas, who signed a long-term contract back in September, will continue as the natural replacement.

CM: Dominik Szoboszlai - Will be looking to fill his boots from midfield, having looked far more threatening than his goal and two assists in the league would suggest.

CM: Alexis Mac Allister - The deepest-lying midfielder in Liverpool's side, Mac Allister is a booking away from a one-game league suspension ahead of clashes with Brentford and Manchester City.

CM: Ryan Gravenberch - Has impressed with Europa League goals against Union Saint-Gilloise and Toulouse and will look for his first Premier League strike here.

RW: Mohamed Salah - Looks as focused as ever after a summer filled with speculation over his future with interest from the Saudi Pro League. Klopp remains as delighted as ever with the Egyptian's output.

ST: Darwin Nunez - Scorer of an extremely Nunez goal against Bournemouth, taking the ball a little too wide before banishing any doubts with a fierce strike on the edge of the box.

LW: Diogo Jota - Luis Diaz has trained with Liverpool this week but his availability remains up in the air with his father held captive in Colombia. Jota has two goals in his last two starts and is the natural alternative.
