GK: Alisson - Hasn't been involved in recent Liverpool training but might pull through to start.

RB: Trent Alexander-Arnold - Shrugged off Oleksandr Zinchenko to set up Roberto Firmino's equaliser against Arsenal.

CB: Ibrahima Konate - A player with a big future at Anfield. Has had to deal with a below-par partner in Van Dijk recently.

CB: Virgil van Dijk - A return to form can't come quick enough for Van Dijk, whose looked exposed at the back in recent weeks.

LB: Andy Robertson - Assistant referees Marc Perry and Richard West will be in Robertson's sights this week.

CM: Jordan Henderson - Will be able to bring up 500 Liverpool appearances next season, currently sitting on 483 since his ove from Sunderland in 2011.

CM: Fabinho - Needs to avoid two bookings in the next two games to avoid a suspension for yellow card accumulation.

CM: Thiago - One of the many players whose season has been disrupted stop-start by injury, Thiago should be included in the starting XI.

RW: Mohamed Salah - Remains Liverpool's biggest goal threat with 14 goals in all competitions.

ST: Cody Gakpo - There are plenty in the mix to start up front with Roberto Firmino scoring and Cody Gakpo impressing in patches, but the Dutchman may get the nod again as Klopp looks forward and not back.

LW: Darwin Nunez - Liverpool fans will hope for a more calm and accurate Nunez in front of goal next season.
