Liverpool will close out the first half of their pre-season campaign with a behind-closed-doors clash with Greuther Furth on Monday.

The Reds won their first fixture in Germany, a 4-2 victory over Karlsruher, and will hope to maintain their 100% record ahead of the next stop of their pre-season tour in Asia.

Here's how Jurgen Klopp could set up for this one.

GK: Caoimhin Kelleher - Alisson's finger injury may see the Brazilian kept out of action for a little while longer.

RB: Joe Gomez - Klopp's tactical tweak could prove hugely beneficial to Gomez, who may get the chance to strut his stuff at right-back.

CB: Joel Matip - Firmly in a battle for minutes, Matip will relish the chance to make an impression on Klopp once again.

CB: Ibrahima Konate - It's Konate who has taken Matip's spot alongside Virgil van Dijk but the duo could find themselves working together this time.

LB: Kostas Tsimikas - Andy Robertson started the last friendly against Karsruher so Tsimikas may get the nod here.

DM: Trent Alexander-Arnold - With Jordan Henderson and Fabinho both likely leaving for Saudi Arabia and Thiago out injured, Alexander-Arnold's move into midfield is almost out of neccesity.

CM: Alexis Mac Allister - A classy cameo last time out could lead to a first unofficial start for Mac Allister.

CM: Dominik Szoboszlai - Fans are waiting to see the best of the expensive Hungarian, who looks set to get to work with Mac Allister for the first time.

RW: Mohamed Salah - Salah looked dangerous against Karlsruher and will expect another impactful showing, with young Ben Doak likely to hand him a rest later on.

ST: Cody Gakpo - Gakpo was really impressive off the bench last time out, reminding Klopp of who his best striker option truly is.

LW: Diogo Jota - Jota may get the nod from the off but expect Klopp to hand plenty of minutes to Luis Diaz and Darwin Nunez as well.
