Liverpool will hope to deliver the first trophy in their farewell tour for manager Jurgen Klopp when they face Chelsea in the Carabao Cup final on Sunday.

The Reds were in action on Wednesday night as they powered past Luton Town 4-1 but have a raft of injury concerns, with both Mohamed Salah and Darwin Nunez at risk of missing out after being absent from the game at Anfield.

With silverware on the line, here's the starting XI Klopp could select for a repeat of the 2022 Carabao Cup final which his side won on penalties.

GK: Caoimhin Kelleher - With Alisson sidelined and possibly out until March, Kelleher will continue as the cup goalie. Netted the winner in the shootout two years ago before Kepa Arrizabalaga sent his effort into orbit.

RB: Joe Gomez - Conor Bradley started on the right on Wednesday night but Klopp may opt for the security and experience of Gomez with Andy Robertson on the other flank.

CB: Ibrahima Konate - Should be fresh having enjoyed a rest in midweek. Recently gave his thoughts on Liverpool potentially signing compatriot Kylian Mbappe.

CB: Virgil van Dijk - Took his Premier League record at Anfield to 93 games, 77 wins, 15 draws, one defeat, 46 clean sheets and 12 goals with the victory and goal on Wednesday.

LB: Andy Robertson - Registered his first club assist of the season a few minutes after coming on as a substitute against Luton Town and should be restored to the starting XI.

CM: Alexis Mac Allister - Injuries in midfield mean Mac Allister has enjoyed a more attacking role of late, scoring against Brentford before grabbing two assists on Wednesday.

CM: Wataru Endo - With the likes of Dominik Szoboszlai, Curtis Jones and Thiago all sidelined through injury, Endo will continue at the base of Liverpool's midfield.

CM: Ryan Gravenberch - Those injury absentees open up a spot for Gravenberch to fill, with the Dutchman's performances improving steadily of late.

RW: Harvey Elliott - Liverpool are obviously hopeful Salah will ditch his latest fitness issue in time for Sunday, but the useful Elliott will be on hand to fill in if needed.

ST: Cody Gakpo - Nunez is another fitness doubt Klopp hopes will pull through, though Gakpo is in form himself with two goals and an assist in his last two games.

LW: Luis Diaz - Has helped lead Liverpool's attack without their key starters in recent weeks and will give Chelsea right-back Malo Gusto a difficult afternoon.
