23 players will represent Liga MX at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Rayados de Monterrey holds the most World Cup integrants, as Rogelio Funes Mori, Cesar Montes, Hector Moreno, Luis Romo and Jesus Gallardo were called up by Gerardo Martino to play for Mexico.

"There are nine clubs in the LIGA MX that contribute at least one team to the Soccer World Cup that will start on November 20. Mexico, Ecuador, Brazil and Costa Rica are the four teams that will have Mexican soccer talent to play in the tournament,” announced the league.

Tigres UANL is shockingly absent from the list of clubs.
