Barcelona have confirmed that Leila Ouahabi will depart the club following the conclusion of her contract on 30 June, bringing an end to her 13-years at the club.
Ouahabi progressed through Barcelona's youth system before breaking into the first team during the 2010/11 season.
She departed for Valencia in 2013, but re-signed for Barcelona in 2016. During her nine years in the first team, the left back made 199 appearances, scoring seven goals.
"After 13 years at the club, I think my time has come," Ouahabi told Barça TV. "A cycle closes and a new stage opens. I'm super proud of everything that's been achieved and I want to thank the fans for all the support they've given us.
"I've always tried to do my best and be positive. I was relieved to have achieved all the goals I had set for myself."
The 29-year-old won nine major trophies across her two spells with the club; five Primera Division titles, seven Copa de la Reina titles and a famous Champions League triumph.
Ouahabi played eight times during the 2020/21 Champions League - including starting the final against Chelsea - as Barcelona were crowned European champions for the first time in the history of the women's team.
She featured 25 times during the 2021/22 Primera Division season, scoring twice, as Barcelona sealed their third successive league title.
In addition to joining a new club this summer, Ouahabi is in contention to feature at Euro 2022 having been called up to Spain's provisional 28-player squad.
