Leeds United welcome Bournemouth to Elland Road in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

Jesse Marsch's side earned their first victory since August last weekend, bounding out of Anfield and the relegation zone with a famous win. However, the Leeds boss immediately switched focus to the "really important" meeting with the Cherries in the club's final home game before the World Cup.

Bournemouth sit one point and place above Leeds but have lost their last three matches on the spin. Although, Tottenham needed a 92nd-minute winner to prevent the Cherries from seeing out a surprise result of their own last weekend.

Here's everything you need to know about the first-ever top-flight meeting between these clubs.

Leeds vs Bournemouth score prediction

The best three performances of Leeds' season have come against members of the division's supposed elite; Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool. When faced with teams that are prepared to sit back, robbing Leeds of the opportunities to snatch possession high up the pitch, Marsch's side have struggled.

Despite their recent form, Bournemouth have become a much trickier proposition to navigate under O'Neil. Leeds may have won all seven of their home games against the Cherries but the visitors could bunker down for a maiden point at Elland Road this weekend.

Prediction: Leeds 1-1 Bournemouth
