The Canadian Men's National Team continue their Concacaf Nations League campaign away at Honduras on Monday.

John Herdman's side made an excellent start in Group C on Thursday, beating Curaçao 4-0 at Vancouver Whitecaps' BC Place Stadium.

Honduras, meanwhile, endured mixed results against Curaçao, winning 1-0 away last weekend before losing 2-1 on home soil. To stand a realistic chance of reaching the finals tournament, Los Catrachos must pick up all three points in this home match.

There's plenty to play for at Estadio Olímpico Metropolitano, so read on for broadcast details, team news, head-to-head records, and more.

Alphonso Davies made a long-awaited, triumphant return to international duty on Thursday with two goals in Canada's 4-0 thrashing of Curaçao. The Bayern Munich star will likely start again here.

John Herdman has hinted he could rotate against Honduras, but don't expect too many changes as he continues to work out his strongest XI with the World Cup drawing near.

Canada will once again be without Jonathan Osorio, who has dropped out of the roster after picking up an injury in Toronto FC's MLS match against the Chicago Fire.

Canada predicted XI: Borjan; Johnston, Vitória, Miller, Adekugbe; Hutchinson, Eustáquio; Davies, David, Buchanan; David.

Honduras vs Canada head-to-head record

These two nations have met 27 times in the past, with Honduras picking up 11 wins to Canada's eight.

However, in recent times, Los Catrachos have struggled for victories against the CanMNT, who are unbeaten in their last four meetings.

Canada won their previous clash with Honduras 2-0 in January thanks to a Jonathan David strike and a Denil Maldonado own goal en route to World Cup qualification.

Honduras vs Canada scoreline prediction

In years gone by, Honduras away would be seen as a nightmare fixture for Canada, who suffered an 8-1 defeat to their hosts as recently as October 2012.

But times are changing. While the quality in the Honduran ranks has declined, it has skyrocketed for the Canadians, with the likes of Davies, David, and Cyle Larin capable of mixing it with the very best.

This will by no means be an easy match for Canada, but they'll have enough to take all three points back home.

Prediction: Honduras 1-3 Canada
