Cheap options

Thomas Strakosha

Thomas Strakosha
Lazio

Kicking things off in a big way, Strakosha is a top-flight calibre goalkeeper who, at 26 years old, has a long future left in the game. For around £4m, he's an absolute steal.

Pepe Reina
Lazio

Lazio are also happy to give you their backup, Reina, for about £500,000. He's 38 and not going to get any better, but if you need some immediate cover, you could do a lot worse.

Alfredo Talavera
Pumas

Another 38-year-old, Talavera will set you back closer to £350,000. He's do a job for a smaller top-tier side or any team trying to climb their way up the football pyramid.

Remko Pasveer
Ajax

Pasveer is 37 but is still a capable shot stopper. Like Talavera, he can help a side looking to grow their reputation.

Esteban Andrada
Monterrey

For around £4m, Monterrey will sell you Andrada, who is a top goalkeeper with a few more years in the tank. He's only 30 so has a lot to offer a side with high aspirations.

Alexander Nubel
FC Bayern (on loan at Monaco)

Bayern have given up on Nubel, the spiritual successor to Manuel Neuer. They'll let you have the 24-year-old, who still has really good potential, for around 3m once his loan at Monaco comes to an end. If you can wait a year, you need to be all over this deal.

Mattia Perin
Zebre

Ready to return to first-team football, it'll cost you around £2.5m to sign Perin from Zebre, although his wages are a little on the steep side.

Claudio Bravo
Real Hispalis

Bravo is 38 but still remains a top goalkeeper. For £1.5m, you can't complain about only having him for a year or two.

Marwin Hitz
Borussia Dortmund

On the transfer list at Dortmund is Hitz, whose value of £3.1m is not to be sneezed at for a goalkeeper of his quality.

Carlos Acevedo
Santos Laguna

At £5m, Acevedo is a little more expensive than the other options here, but he's 25 and can help you out for years to come. He's even got a little room to grow as well.

Reasonable options

Ugurcan Cakir
Trabzonspor

A transfer rumour regular, Cakir will set you back around £16m, which is pretty good for a 25-year-old goalkeeper of his quality.

Dominik Livakovic
Dinamo

A permanent fixture on lists like these, Livakovic is one of the best goalkeepers outside the top five divisions, and he can be yours for around £11m.

Samir Handanovic
Inter

The best goalkeeper available in this price range is Handanovic. He'll cost you just £9m but the downside is he's 36 and not going to be around for much longer.

Geronimo Rulli
Villarreal

Rulli has a £32.5m release clause but you can pick him up for closer to the £17m mark, which is much more reasonable.

David Ospina
Napoli

This is a funny one. Ospina is very good and good value for his £10m price tag, but his presence as Napoli's number one means that you can pick up their backup with real ease...

90min recommends

Alex Meret
Napoli

Napoli have replaced Meret with Ospina, so they're ready to let him go for just £10m. That's an absolute steal. Meret is just 24 and has sky-high potential. You should be all over him at that price, because he'll soon replace Ospina again and be off the market.

Kevin Trapp
Eintracht Frankfurt

Frankfurt will try avoid selling you Trapp but will accept defeat for around £16m, which is pretty decent for an elite one-on-one stopper.

Odysseas Vlachodimos
Benfica

27-year-old Vlachodimos will cost you just over £10m and provide you with a good few years of solid service. He has excellent reflexes and would be a smart buy.

Yassine Bounou
Sevilla

At £20m, Bounou is flirting with the expensive price range but his reasonable wages should balance things out. He's 30 and one of the best goalkeepers on the game, so definitely one to consider.

Altay Bayindir
Fenerbahce

Bayindir isn't as good as the other options in this bracket just yet, but he's got nice potential and will be better than most of them soon enough. A smart investment at £10m.

Expensive options

Kepa
Chelsea

Chelsea are ready to give you the world's most expensive goalkeeper for just £13m, but you'll need some high wages to convince the 26-year-old to join you.

Dean Henderson
Man UFC

Henderson is stuck behind David de Gea in the pecking order in Manchester and is ready for a move. For £19m, you'll be getting a 24-year-old England international with very nice potential.

Andre Onana
Ajax

If you're impatient, you can pick up Andre Onana from Ajax for around £20m. That's great value for money, but Onana is already considering his options and will leave on a free transfer in just 12 months.

Diogo Costa
Porto

Costa has the potential to become one of the world's best goalkeepers, so his price tag of £30m isn't as crazy as it might appear.

Gianluigi Donnarumma
Paris Saint-Germain

Most of the elite, elite goalkeepers will cost you nearly £200m, but you can actually land Donnarumma for closer to £90m. That's obviously still mental, but if you've got that kind of money, he's your man.

Sergio Asenjo

90min recommends

Sergio Asenjo
Villarreal

£23m is a great price for a goalkeeper of Asenjo's quality. He's just turned 32 as well, so you don't have to worry about him declining for a few years.

Emiliano Martinez
Aston Villa

One of the best goalkeepers in the English top flight, Martinez's price tag of £35m isn't too tough to swallow.

Anthony Lopes
OL

Still only 30, Lopes' value of £20m is pretty good compared to a lot of other goalkeepers of his quality.

Neto
Barcelona

Barcelona's cost-cutting means you can land Neto for under £30m. He's still one of the best goalkeepers around, it's just nobody has actually seen him in years.

Juan Musso
Atalanta

£33m is what it'll take to land you Musso. He's one of the Italian league's finest and, at 27, can still improve a little bit. His potential is actually very high, so if you can get him to realise that, £33m will look like a steal.
