Every trophy Jose Mourinho won with Chelsea

Jose Mourinho's arrival at Stamford Bridge in 2004 sparked a revolution at Chelsea.

The controversial coach, who had just won the Champions League with Porto, swiftly endeared himself to the Chelsea crowd, bringing huge success to the Blues and providing the club with some of the greatest moments in their history over two separate spells.

Plenty of managers have come and gone in west London since, with Mauricio Pochettino the latest to come under fire in the Chelsea dugout as he struggles to meet the standards set by Mourinho. With the Argentine's swift dismissal a genuine possibility in the coming weeks and months, rumours have begun to circulate regarding a return to Stamford Bridge for the Portuguese coach.

With that in mind, let's look at every piece of silverware that Mourinho won at Chelsea.

1. League Cup - 2004/05

It didn't take long for Mourinho to make an impression in England claiming the his first trophy with Chelsea just eight months after his arrival.

The Blues boss guided his side to victories over West Ham United, Newcastle United, Fulham and Manchester United en-route to the League Cup final, with Liverpool next up for the west London side.

The showpiece event at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff was fiercely contested between the two sides, John Arne Riise volleying Liverpool in front after just 45 seconds, before Steven Gerrard's own goal levelled the scores. Mourinho quickly became known for his antics on the touchline and was sent off for his reaction to Chelsea's equaliser.

Quickfire goals from Didier Drogba and Mateja Kezman in extra-time gave Chelsea a two-goal cushion, which Liverpool couldn't overturn despite Antonio Nunez striking to the reduce the deficit.

2. Premier League - 2004/05

In what remains one of the most incredible title-winning Premier League campaigns, Mourinho won Chelsea their first league title for half a century during his debut season in charge.

The title was confirmed with three games to spare after Frank Lampard's double saw off Bolton Wanderers, with the Blues only losing one game throughout the campaign.

Chelsea finished the season with 95 points, which was a record at the time. Their 15 goals conceded in 38 games remains a league record even now.

Given that the Blues had finished 11 points off London rivals Arsenal the season prior, Mourinho did a magnificent job to turn things around so quickly, with the summer signings of Drogba, Petr Cech and Ricardo Carvalho particularly significant.

3. Community Shield - 2005

Drogba was always the man for the big occasion and he was instrumental in Chelsea beating Arsene Wenger's Gunners in the Community Shield at the beginning of the 2005/06 campaign.

The Ivorian striker netted twice in a 2-1 victory over Arsenal at the Millennium Stadium, with the Chelsea icon unsurprisingly awarded player of the match for his dominant display.

4. Premier League - 2005/06

While not quite as dominant as they were the season before, Chelsea still romped to another Premier League title in Mourinho's second season.

The Blues still only conceded 22 goals and finished on four fewer points than they had the previous campaign, with Mourinho's men finishing the season with 18 wins and a draw from 19 home games.

Chelsea won the Premier League by beating nearest title rivals Manchester United 3-0 at Stamford Bridge, William Gallas, Joe Cole and Carvalho all getting themselves on the scoresheet in a famous victory.

But Mourinho's side lost the final two games of the campaign 1-0, meaning they weren't able to surpass their record points tally.

5. League Cup - 2006/07

Another Chelsea final, another memorable performance from Drogba.

Arsenal were once again the opponents for the Blues at the Millennium Stadium, the last in south Wales, this time in the League Cup, with Theo Walcott giving Arsenal the lead after just 12 minutes.

However, Drogba would level shortly afterwards and pop up again with a header six minutes from time that would win a second League Cup crown for Mourinho and only a fourth for the Blues in total.

With the Portuguese coming out on top on the big stage, it served as another chapter in the rivalry between Mourinho and Wenger.

6. FA Cup - 2006/07

Having lost the Premier League title to Sir Alex Ferguson's resurgent Manchester United, Mourinho and his players would get their revenge in the FA Cup final at the end of the 2006/07 season.

The Blues had needed extra-time to reach the last two during their semi-final against Blackburn Rovers and they would also need an extra half hour to conquer the Red Devils at the newly opened Wembley Stadium.

The game between England's top two finished goalless in normal time, but it was, you guessed it, Drogba who would manage the winning strike in the 116th minute for the Blues.

It was the one and only FA Cup that Mourinho lifted.

7. League Cup - 2014/15

Mourinho sealed his return to Stamford Bridge at the beginning of the 2013/14 season but couldn't win any silverware in his first campaign back, falling short of Manchester City and Liverpool in the Premier Legaue.

Chelsea came up against London rivals and Mourinho's future club Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley, triumphing with a 2-0 victory against the Lilywhites.

John Terry and Diego Costa scored the goals in the final, securing Mourinho's first of two trophies during his Chelsea comeback.

8. Premier League - 2014/15

Having finished third in his first season back at Stamford Bridge, it didn't take long for Mourinho to claim Premier League glory for Chelsea - only the second time the Blues had won the trophy since his departure.

Chelsea finished the campaign on 87 points, eight ahead of runners-up Manchester City, securing the title after Eden Hazard's strike gave the Blues a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace in west London.

Despite the success of his reunion with the Blues, Mourinho would only last for half of the following season, sacked in December 2015 with Chelsea languishing in the bottom half of the table.
