Chelsea travel to Everton on Wednesday evening as they look to close the gap between themselves and WSL leaders Arsenal to two points.

Sam Kerr's last gasp winner against Aston Villa last time out kept the title race in the hands of Emma Hayes' side, but they face an Everton team enjoying a resurgence in form.

Having endured a difficult campaign to date, the Toffees have won three on the bounce in all competitions to lift them comfortably clear of the drop zone.

Everton vs Chelsea score prediction

Chelsea have had to dig in and grind out results over the last month, demonstrating their defensive resilience in league clashes with Manchester City and Arsenal, and continued attacking prowess despite absentees against West Ham.

Much like against Aston Villa last time out, it could be another tough evening for Chelsea against an in form Everton - but Hayes' side will be expected to dig in once more and take home all three points.

Prediction: Everton 0-1 Chelsea
