Paris Saint-Germain survived a late scare to beat Bordeaux 3-2 on Saturday night as Neymar scored twice to reestablish their ten-point lead at the top of Ligue 1.

The hosts had Mauricio Pochettino's side penned in during the opening stages but soon found themselves behind when Neymar bagged a brace in the first half.

The Brazilian first shuffled the ball nicely onto his right foot to slide in the opener before finishing off a lovely team move for his second, with both goals being set up by Kylian Mbappe.

Mbappe then profited from Georginio Wijnaldum's selflessness when the Dutchman broke through and squared it for a tap in, but Alberth Elis' strike made things interesting with 15 minutes to play.

Old Milan prodigy M'Baye Niang reduced the deficit further with an instinctive finish in the box, but PSG managed to see out another win albeit with a needless second-half collapse.

Here are the PSG player ratings.

1. Goalkeeper & defenders

Keylor Navas (GK) - 7/10 - Stayed resolute when Bordeaux pushed early on. Called into action more often than PSG would have liked but justified his inclusion ahead of Gianluigi Donnarumma with a composed displayed.

Achraf Hakimi (RB) - 5/10 - Always has something to offer in attack, though looked pretty vulnerable when defending. Will have better days.

Marquinhos (CB) - 6/10 - Made some important clearances. Wasn't overly dominant in the air. Did the classic 'feign injury then get back up two seconds later' when Bordeaux were attacking.

Thilo Kehrer (CB) - 7/10 - Got his head to a lot of crosses and cleared well when under pressure.

Juan Bernat (LB) - 6/10 - Kept the ball well under pressure and made some good surging runs up the left.

2. Midfielders

Junior Dina Ebimbe (CM) - 6/10 - The 20-year-old used the ball well, though he did play it pretty safe most of the time.

Ander Herrera (CM) - 6/10 - Couldn't help PSG take total control in midfield, though he was the go-to guy whenever they were in possession, receiving the ball more than any other PSG player.

Georginio Wijnaldum (CM) - 7/10 - Went clear of Bordeaux's defence to set up Mbappe for an easy third. Otherwise, a classic and smooth Wijnaldum performance.

3. Forwards

Julian Draxler (RW) - 6/10 - A few good flashes in attacking phases but it was his teammates who stole the spotlight.

Kylian Mbappe (ST) - 8/10 - Teed up both of Neymar's goals. Almost got one of his own but couldn't squeeze in the rebound when Draxler saw an effort saved. Eventually got his goal from Wijnaldum's pass. Got booked.

Neymar (LW) - 9/10 - Bagged his first double since January earlier this year with two excellent finishes. Incredibly dangerous when running at defenders and played some wonderfully creative passes.

4. Substitutes

Nunu Mendes (LB) - 4/10 - Came on to help PSG over the line but gave the ball away in the build-up to Elis' goal.

Idrissa Gueye (CM) - 5/10 - Didn't contribute too much but didn't make any mistakes that led to goals either.

Danilo Pereira (CM) - 4/10 - Similarly to Mendes, had a chance to clear for Bordeaux's goal but failed.

Mauro Icardi (ST) - N/A
