The 2023 Leagues Cup is coming to an end on Saturday as Nashville SC host Inter Miami at GEODIS Park. It'll be a sight to see as Lionel Messi strives to hand the Herons their first ever trophy just weeks after joining the team, while Nashville hopes to celebrate in front of fans.

But before we look ahead, let's revisit the best goals of the semifinal. Lionel Messi scored yet another goal, while Sam Surridge opened up the scoring for Nashville. The talk of the town though was Hany Mukhtar's disallowed goal. Even though it was eventually ruled offside, it was too good not to be included.

Here's what you missed...

3. Hany Mukhtar (vs. Monterrey- ish)

To kick off, we have what would have been the goal of the match. Hany Mukhtar curled the ball into the back of the net in a spectacular fashion, before the referee called it offside.

We'll leave it up to you to decide whether it was the right call or not, but we had to include it in this list.

2. Sam Surridge (vs. Monterrey)

Nashville eventually did find the lead with a great goal by Sam Surridge. The right-footed shot to the opposite corner opened up the scoring in the second half and paved the way for their place in the Leagues Cup final.

1. Lionel Messi (vs. Philadelphia Union)

And again, we have Lionel Messi. The World Cup winner has now scored nine goals in the past six games, one greater than the other. There is no stopping Messi, no matter how much Major League Soccer defenders try.

Now, he'll face Walker Zimmerman and Nashville's backline to attempt to lift his first trophy with Inter Miami.
