Bayern Munich have already secured their place in the Champions League knockout stages and a win over Barcelona would see them confirm their status as group winners.

Despite their imposing position, defeat here could see the top spot decided on the final day when Inter come to down, and Bayern will undoubtedly be keen to avoid that sort of pressure.

Here's the lineup Julian Nagelsmann could go for to get the job done.

GK: Sven Ulreich - Manuel Neuer is expected back soon, but Ulreich remains the starter here.

RB: Benjamin Pavard - Injury issues have seen Pavard deployed centrally at times but he will likely return to his usual right-back role.

CB: Dayot Upamecano - Has played every Bundesliga minute this season and usually has to ensure games are won before he is given a brief rest towards the end.

CB: Matthijs de Ligt - With Lucas Hernandez still out, there is nobody to compete with Upamecano or De Ligt for minutes.

LB: Alphonso Davies - Reports in Spain have named Davies as a transfer target for both Barcelona and Real Madrid.

DM: Leon Goretzka - Goretzka has been among the goals recently and was the star of the show in the 4-2 win over Victoria Plzen last time out in this competition.

DM: Joshua Kimmich - The midfielder has been wearing the captain's armband in the absence of Neuer and will likely keep it again here.

RM: Serge Gnabry - Gnabry hasn't played a lot of European football this season but is finding a goalscoring groove which should force his way.

AM: Jamal Musiala - Thomas Muller might be back on the bench as he recovers from an illness, but Musiala should keep his spot for now.

LM: Kingsley Coman - Had an injury scare at the weekend but is believed to have come out unscathed.

ST: Sadio Mane - Benched for the Hoffenheim game, Mane can expect to return up top here.
