Arsenal predicted lineup vs Tottenham - Premier League
Arsenal continue their Premier League title hunt on Sunday with one of the most anticipated games in the football calendar - the north London derby.
The Gunners travel to Spurs with a five-point lead at the top of the table and most recently secured their spot in the fourth round of the FA Cup by beating Oxford on Monday night.
Mikel Arteta has come up with a regular starting XI he likes to employ, but here's who he's likely to pick for a potential critical London derby on Sunday.
Arsenal predicted lineup vs Tottenham (4-3-3)
GK: Aaron Ramsdale - Is yet to enjoy a real sh*thouse trip to Tottenham. Has eight league clean sheets this season, level with David de Gea and behind only Nick Pope.
RB: Benjamin White - Has shrugged off some difficult moments this winter, his composure on the ball in wide areas helping the Gunners play out.
CB: William Saliba - Given a rest in the Oxford victory but will certainly replace Rob Holding in defence. Has seriously impressed in his first Premier League season.
CB: Gabriel - The Brazilian scored the winner in Arsenal's away victory at Chelsea in November and would love to provide similar scenes here.
LB: Oleksandr Zinchenko - Has seen Martin Odegaard steal his goa celebration and is seemingly OK with it. Is ahead of Kieran Tierney in the left back pecking order with his experience proving vital this season.
CM: Martin Odegaard - The Premier League Player of the Month for November and January, Odegaard is in sensation nick. The Norwegian dictates Arsenal's attacking play and is a major threat on the edge of the box.
CM: Thomas Partey - Continues to provide the base from which Arsenal build.
CM: Granit Xhaka - His journey from Emirates black sheep to midfield powerhouse was rubber-stamped by his goal and performance in this season's earlier north London derby.
RW: Bukayo Saka - Looks likely to shake off an injury complaint suffered against Oxford. Has six goals and assists in the Premier League this season.
ST: Eddie Nketiah - The continued stand-in for Gabriel Jesus up front, Nketiah has seven goals in all competitions this season, including two at Oxford on Monday.
LW: Gabriel Martinelli - Blessed with brilliant pace and improving finishing, Martinelli's breaks could seriously hurt Tottenham on the counter attack.
