Erling Haaland

  • Fixture: Wolves (H); Predicted Points: 8.2

It was reassuring to see Erling Haaland return from injury to make the bench when Manchester City visited Nottingham Forest last weekend. He looked sharp in his 28-minute appearance as a substitute, scoring a goal from two shots on target.

That takes Haaland up to 21 goals for the season as he looks to secure a second consecutive Premier League Golden Boot. It remains a tightly contested battle, with Cole Palmer, Ollie Watkins and Alexander Isak all within touching distance.

Mohamed Salah

  • Fixture: Tottenham Hotspur (H); Predicted Points: 7.1

Mohamed Salah has had a challenging few weeks in a spell where Liverpool have dropped ten points in five league games, seriously denting their title hopes. Salah has scored just once in this period and has found himself on the bench in two of these matches.

Despite these challenges, the Egyptian's underlying numbers remain positive, with 15 shots on goal in the last four gameweeks, including four big chances. He's scored 12 of his 17 goals this campaign at Anfield and has penalties in his locker, meaning his scoring potential remains high.

Phil Foden

  • Fixture: Wolves (H); Predicted Points: 6.5

Phil Foden has been an equally frustrating fantasy player to own over the last four gameweeks, having started just one fixture. However, he remains a formidable force on the pitch with five goals in three matches since the international break.

The Man City star is ranked third for shots on goal in 2024, showing his improved goal threat in what is set to be his best ever fantasy season. He faces a Wolves side with a number of key defensive injuries, conceding 11 goals in their last seven outings and failing to keep a clean sheet in this time.
