Golden Boy ödülü, 21 yaşın altında Avrupa'da üst düzey futbol oynayan genç futbolculara verilen bir ödüldür. İtalyan spor gazetesi Tuttosport tarafından verilen bu ödül için 2022 yılında aday gösterilen 100 futbolcu açıklandı.
