The WSL returned over the weekend following a month-long winter break, with all 12 teams in action across six entertaining fixtures.

Chelsea rescued a late point against title rivals Arsenal, Leicester secured their first points of the season with a huge win over Brighton, and Manchester United were emphatic 6-0 winners against Liverpool.

But which players shone in particular? Here's 90min's WSL team of the week for gameweek 10.

Goalkeeper and defenders

GK: Janina Leitzig (Leicester) - Arrived on the Friday on loan from Bayern Munich and marked her Leicester debut with a clean sheet as the Foxes secured their first points of the season. A stunning second half double save to deny Maisie Symonds was Leitzig's standout moment.

RB: Ona Batlle (Manchester United) - Tough competition for the right back spot this week, with Leicester's CJ Bott also turning in a big performance. But Batlle takes it again - her third successive appearance in 90min's team of the week - after a devastating performance against Liverpool. The right back provided two assists - the first a fizzing delivery and the second a deep, lofted cross - as the Red Devils ran riot.

CB: Ashleigh Plumptre (Leicester) - Plumptre helped Leicester to their first WSL clean sheet of the season as the Foxes secured their first three points in 11 months with a 3-0 victory over Brighton. The centre back won seven duels and 100% of her tackles as Leicester dragged themselves back into the fight for survival.

CB: Alex Greenwood (Manchester City) - Greenwood was an absolute menace from set pieces, with her wicked, in-swinging corners wreaking havoc all evening against West Ham. The centre back won 100% of her tackles and was instrumental in City's ability to build from the back.

LB: Gabby George (Everton) - George was pivotal in Everton's 3-2 victory over Reading, setting up her side's first with a fizzing near post delivery, before killing the game off with the all-important, spectacular third. The defender drove at the Reading backline and arced the ball into the top corner from the edge of the area.

Midfielders

CM: Hayley Ladd (Manchester United) - Ladd continued her impressive season with another big performance for United in their victory over Liverpool, netting her side's third with a back post header and setting up the sixth by winning back possession deep in the Liverpool half and finding Rachel Williams with a looping delivery.

CM: Kenza Dali (Aston Villa) - One of signings of the season turned in another classy performance as Villa secured all three points against Tottenham. The French international levelled the scores with a fabulous solo goal, linking up well with Jordan Nobbs before sending a fizzing effort from range into the bottom corner.

AM: Ella Toone (Manchester United) - Toone registered her sixth and seventh assists of the season against Liverpool, feeding Alessia Russo with a perfectly weighted pass for United's second, and picking out Martha Thomas with an inch-perfect cross for her side's fifth.

Forwards

RW: Jess Park (Everton) - Park turned in another effervescent performance as Everton took all three points against Reading. The forward fed George in the build up to her side's first with some fabulous feet and a cutting through ball, before getting on the scoresheet herself with a classy finish.

ST: Bunny Shaw (Manchester City) - Shaw's goal was the difference as City edged to a 1-0 win over West Ham, making a superb run in behind, rounding Mackenzie Arnold and slotting home. It takes the City striker back to the top of the WSL scoring charts with nine goals in 10 appearances. She could have had a second after a bursting run into the West Ham box, but she was denied by the inside of the post.

LW: Kirsty Hanson (Aston Villa) - Hanson continued her impressive season by setting up both of Villa's goals in their 2-1 victory over Tottenham; a deft touch to open up the space for Dali for the first, followed by a driving run and smart cut back to Rachel Daly for her side's second.
