Wrexham have enjoyed a historic 2022/23 campaign in the National League, breaking the 100 point and goal barriers.

Due to this remarkable form, the Red Dragons are now on the brink of promotion to the Football League for the first time since 2007/08.

Key to promotion will undoubtedly have been the club's away form.

Here's the best away wins of Wrexham's 2022/23 campaign:

1. Coventry 3-4 Wrexham (FA Cup)

4,500 Wrexham fans travelled to the CBS Arena to witness the Red Dragons knock out Championship opposition to reach the FA Cup fourth round for the first time since 1999/2000.

The National League side raced into shocking 4-1 lead in the third round clash thanks to goals from Sam Dalby, Elliot Lee, Thomas O'Connor and Paul Mullin, and were strong enough at the back to withstand an attempted comeback from Coventry late in the game.

2. Aldershot Town 3-4 Wrexham (National League)

Another 4-3, and another crucial away win.

This time, however, Wrexham would leave it to the very last kick of the game to earn the win and bag all three points.

Leading 3-2 thanks to a brace from Mullin and a Corey Jordan own goal, Wrexham thought they had the points secure until an 89th minute own goal from Jordan Tunnicliffe.

In the six minutes of added time at the game, the visitors pressed forward in search of a winner and in the 96th they got it thanks to a header from Dalby.

3. Maidstone United 2-3 Wrexham (National League)

The Red Dragons have shown on a real never-say-die attitude on a number of occasions during the 2022/23 season, and the trip to Maidstone was one of those occasions.

After initially squandering a two goal lead at Gallagher Stadium, Wrexham fought back once again in stoppage time via an Aaron Hayden goal to win 3-2.

4. Dorking Wanderers 0-5 Wrexham (National League)

Wrexham's biggest away win of the season came way back in September, and was thanks in large part to an Ollie Palmer masterclass up top.

The towering strike scored a brace in the game, including a thumping header, to help his side on their way to all three points.
