Wolves entertain Watford in the Premier League on Thursday night, with both clubs looking for maximum points in the hope of kickstarting their respective seasons.

Wolves have lost three on the bounce in the league since taking 19 points from the previous 24 on offer before that slump. Watford, meanwhile, have only won one of their last 15 in the league, but have at least shown signs of improve under Roy Hodgson more recently within that run.

This game was originally scheduled for Boxing Day but was among many in the Premier League around that time that had to be called due to Covid-19 concerns.

Wolves team news

Wolves continue to be without their first and second choice right-sided wing-backs in Nelson Semedo and Ki-Jana Hoever. That means left-back Jonny will continue to fill in.

They are, however, Bruno Lage's only absentees.

Watford team news

Hodgson admitted last week that is is unlikely for Ismaila Sarr to be back before the Hornets face Southampton on 13 March. Jeremy Ngakia and Nicolas Nkoulou also remain sidelined.

Joshua King is still a doubt but could at least be back in the squad.

Wolves vs Watford score prediction

Wolves continue to be goal shy but have been unusually leaky at the back in recent weeks, which is the main reason behind their sudden run of defeats.

There will be chances against a porous Watford defence, but if the Hornets have shown anything this season it is that they are dangerous on the attack.

Prediction: Wolves 2-2 Watford
