Matheus Nunes managed to shake off a knock in time to start against Liverpool before making way for Joao Gomes.
Young Spaniard Hugo Bueno was taken off in the 24th minute and Lopetegui ruled him out of contention against Spurs. Rayan Ait-Nouri did well as his replacement and should come into the starting XI.
Adama Traore was also positive off the bench and will be pushing for a start.
