Wolves travel to Vicarage Road to face Watford in the Premier League this weekend as Bruno Lage searches for his first points since replacing Nuno Espirito Santo in summer.

The Molineux outfit have been left ruing their luck in front of goal this season as they go in search of their first league goal despite racking up 49 shots in their opening three league fixtures.

Lage bemoaned the lack of VAR intervention for Mason Greenwood's winning goal in his side's defeat to Manchester United last time out and he will be hoping the international break will have acted as a reset for his players.

Here's how Wolves could line up.

1. Goalkeeper & defenders

Jose Sa (GK) - The Wolves No.1 didn’t cover himself in glory for Mason Greenwood’s winning goal against Manchester United prior to the international break and he will be keen to redeem himself this weekend. 

Max Kilman (CB) - The 24-year-old has been in outstanding form this season and he should retain his place despite the return of Willy Boly from injury. 

Conor Coady (CB) - Marshalled the England backline against Andorra on international duty, the Wolves captain will be a mainstay this season under Bruno Lage. 

Romain Saiss (CB) - Part of the Morocco squad that was evacuated from Guinea in midweek, the defender has been in fine form this campaign.

2. Wing-backs & midfielders

Nelson Semedo (RWB) - The former Barcelona man has been a constant attacking threat for Wolves this term.  

Ruben Neves (CM) - Wolves’ Mr. Dependable, the 24-year-old is beginning to look like his old self after a dip in form last term.

Joao Moutinho (CM) - After questions in pre-season surrounding his future, the 35-year-old has been a firm favourite of Bruno Lage’s so far. 

Marcal (LWB) - The Brazilian offers great energy on the left flank and he will have his work cut out against Ismaila Sarr.

3. Forwards

Trincao (RW) - The Portuguese’s pace and trickery have captured the imagination of Wolves fans since his arrival, although he’ll be keen to add an end product this weekend. 

Fabio Silva (ST) - The Portuguese will hope to profit from Raul Jimenez's absence.

Adama Traore (LW) - Wolves managed to bat away transfer interest in the Spain international and he will be key figure under Bruno Lage this season.
