After a manic and ultimately unsuccessful transfer deadline day, Arsenal's attention turns back to the WSL on Sunday when they travel to east London to face West Ham.

The Gunners ultimately failed to land a striker that Jonas Eidevall had been after throughout the January transfer window as they go about attempting to wrestle the WSL title back from Chelsea during the second half of the campaign.

Arsenal face a West Ham side on the hunt for their first WSL three points since December. The Hammers progressed in both the Continental and FA Cup last week, keeping a pair of clean sheets in the process.

West Ham vs Arsenal score prediction

West Ham have never taken so much as a point against Arsenal, losing all eight of their previous WSL encounters. The Gunners were 3-1 winners when the pair met in the reverse fixture, but the Hammers had taken the lead and were unfortunate to see a second goal disallowed.

Arsenal should have too much quality, even in the absence of the instrumental Walti, and will be expected to take three points again on Sunday.

Prediction: West Ham 0-2 Arsenal
