West Ham have the opportunity to put last weekend's disappointing defeat at Manchester United behind them when they host Arsenal at the London Stadium on Sunday.

The Hammers were underdogs for the game at Old Trafford, but it was still frustrating for many to see a change in shape designed to contain the Red Devils, rather than take the game to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side.

Things improved after West Ham went a goal down, but reverting to their usual positive tactics failed to yield an equaliser - Craig Dawson's own goal at the beginning of the second half turning out to be the decisive moment of the game.

This time around, expect West Ham - buoyed the return of recalled England star Jesse Lingard - to be crisper in attack and willing to advance at Mikel Arteta's up and down Arsenal. Here's the side Moyes should pick to do just that.

West Ham predicted lineup

1. Goalkeeper & Defenders

Lukasz Fabianski (GK) - Darren Randolph is fit again, but that's only good news from a bench perspective. The Pole is West Ham's number one and starts barring any late fitness woes.

Vladimir Coufal (RB) - Wasn't quite as assured as we're used to against Manchester United, but a change of shape can often do that. Back into a four here and that suits the Czech nicely.

Craig Dawson (CB) - A decent performance against Manchester United was marred by an unfortunate own goal. Missed out on the England squad, too, which is almost certainly a disgraceful decision.

Issa Diop (CB) - There's still a little way to go before Angelo Ogbonna is ready to return from injury, so it's another start for Diop.

Aaron Cresswell (LB) - Does West Ham's left back have the best delivery in the Premier League? Quite possibly, yes.

2. Midfielders

Declan Rice (CM) - Rice hasn't missed a minute of action this season for West Ham. That won't change here.

Tomas Soucek (CM) - Has eight Premier League goals to his name, but hasn't scored in seven matches across all competitions. This is a big game in West Ham's season, and Soucek delivering could be huge.

Jesse Lingard (AM) - Has been at the Hammers less than two months but boy was Lingard missed against Manchester United. His energy and intelligent movement could prove key to unlocking Arsenal's defence.

3. Forwards

Jarrod Bowen (RW) - Is a long way short of his best right now, but Bowen can be a match winner on his day. A goal would do his confidence the world of good.

Michail Antonio (ST) - Fans of West Ham will rightly be excited to see Antonio coming up against Arsenal's occasionally fragile central defence. Another who's not 100% sharp but is crucial to the hosts getting an early foothold in the game.

Said Benrahma (LW) - Showed his class in his Old Trafford cameo last Sunday, and looked like the only one capable of making things happen. David Moyes has been reserved in his usage of Benrahma, but now is the time to unleash.
