Barcelona team news

Caroline Graham Hansen is currently recovering from a muscle injury, but was described as 'close' to returning ahead of the Supercopa a fortnight ago.

Valencia vs Barcelona score prediction

Valencia have blown hot and cold this term. They are the only team other than Barcelona to beat second place Levante in the league this season following November's dramatic 4-2 victory, but they also suffered losses to Tenerife and basement side Alaves during a run of four straight defeats in November and December.

Barcelona have been typically ruthless this season even in the absence of key personnel, including Putellas and Graham Hansen. The Blaugrana reached an unprecedented half century of successive Liga F wins against Levante Las Planas a week ago, and should be expected to extend their lead at the top of the table with victory on Wednesday evening.

Prediction: Valencia 0-4 Barcelona
