United States men’s national team head coach Gregg Berhalter has announced the 25-man roster for November’s decisive round of World Cup qualifiers against Mexico and Jamaica.

The American side currently sits in second place on the CONCACAF table with 11 points in six matches after a rocky start to the qualifiers.

Now, all focus is on the upcoming matches as the United States hopes to climb the into first when playing against North American rivals Mexico on November 13. The USMNT will host El Tri at FC Cincinnati's TQL Stadium before traveling to Kingston for another road test against Jamaica.

“Our focus remains on a next game up mentality. After this window we’ll be more than halfway through the Octagonal, so we have a chance to position ourselves well heading into next year,” Berhalter said in a release.

“When it comes to USA-Mexico, I’m excited for our players because it isn’t just a game – it’s an event. This is the best of World Cup Qualifying, and our group is ready for the challenge.”

The USMNT has completed 12 World Cup qualifiers, but the match against Mexico stands as the most anticipated and decisive yet after Berhalter's group won Gold Cup and Nations League titles over El Tri this summer.

Chelsea attacker Christian Pulisic is back on the team after sitting out the October window due to injury, while Borussia Dortmund's Gio Reyna and Barcelona full-back Sergino Dest remain sidelined with hamstring and back issues respectively.

The roster features 11 current Major League Soccer players and several successful Americans playing abroad
