How Twitter reacted to Man Utd's latest humiliating defeat to Watford

Manchester United slumped to a fifth defeat in their last five Premier League games as Watford ran out 4-1 winners at Vicarage Road on Saturday afternoon.
The Hornets were the better team, particularly in the first half, and were well worth the victory and three points. United, on the other hand, were woeful.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was already under immense pressure before kick-off and has been given extra games since losing 5-0 to Liverpool last month to try and turn things around. But nothing much has changed and things only seem to be getting worse.
This is how Twitter reacted to the latest horrific setback...
Was that MUFC first half performance some kind of elaborate wind up?

These players have checked out. They might not realise it but they know this has to end

Funny thing is they all thought ‘just give him the Watford game and a chance to turn it around’ and they’ve been battered 4-1

Another humbling for Man United in the Premier League... ?

Surely it's just a matter of time until we see Brendan Rodgers in the dugout with Ronaldo... pic.twitter.com/NJy7Myjxkj
Bruno Fernandes has tried to deflect pressure from Solskjaer onto the players.
Ole Gunnar Solskjær apologies to Man United fans. Bruno Fernandes sends a clear message to the whole team - like ‘don’t blame only the manager’. ? #MUFC

Fernandes is speaking to one of the broadcasters. Seemed like he was suggesting the fans shouldn't boo Solskjaer but blame the players. #mufc

Things didn't start great for United thanks to an early penalty, but David de Gea kept them in it. Technically, it was two penalties, but the encroachment meant the first one didn't officially count.
David De Gea has faced two penalties in the Premier League this season:

You do feel quite sorry for De Gea, though.
Only two teams have conceded more Premier League goals than Manchester United [21] this season:

Harry Maguire cupped his ear to his critics when he scored for England against Albania, then was called a 'true example of a Man United player' by Solskjaer in the build up to this one...yeah.
Harry Maguire really did this against Albania only to get sent off against Watford 8 days later whilst his team is losing 2-1.

Embarrassing. ? pic.twitter.com/4N3J3Nvgtf
Someone, somewhere needs to be recording Roy Keane's reaction to Maguire getting sent off! ? pic.twitter.com/dfRDY6LJGZ

Buzzing if Ole’s replacement picks a new captain ?

Maguire red card just summed up the Ole’s disasterclass error. Lazy and amateurish. Bruno and Ronaldo have had complete shockers btw, could’ve scored 5. #mufc

Aside from De Gea's penalty saves, Donny van de Beek was the sole positive for United.

Donny van de Beek has created more chances today than any of his teammates [3] despite only coming on at half-time.
