Chelsea have joined Everton in the race for Real Madrid left-back Sergio Reguilón, and ESPN state that the Blues are likely to complete a deal in the near future.

Talks are currently underway to decide whether any deal would be a loan move or a permanent transfer worth close to €25m.

Jake Vokins Pens New Southampton Contract

20-year-old Southampton left-back Jake Vokins has earned himself a new four-year contract at St Mary's Stadium.

Vokins managed three appearances for the Saints this year and spent most of the restart training with the senior side.

Willian Closing in on Arsenal Switch

Chelsea won't give him three years. Arsenal will.

Willian's Chelsea deal is set to expire this summer, and he is said to have his heart set on an immediate switch to the Gunners.

We've had several reports suggesting Arsenal are ready to go all-out to sign Sporting CP youngster Joelson Fernandes, and O Jogo state that club officials have travelled to Portugal to express a formal interest.

However, while other reports have claimed Arsenal are ready to pay a €40m release clause, this update claims the Gunners want to avoid breaking the €20m mark and Joelson has a €60m clause anyway. It's all over the place.

According to A Bola (via Sport Witness), Everton remain interested in Grêmio forward Everton, who they failed to land last summer.

Benfica are also keen and are thought to be pushing for an agreement, but Carlo Ancelotti is keeping an eye on things.

Norwich City's recruitment continues this summer as the Canaries have confirmed the signing of young midfielder Kieran Dowell from Everton.

Bayern Munich centre-back Jérôme Boateng, whose contract expires in 2021, has told CGTN Sports (via Goal) that he would be open to returning to the Premier League.

He said: “I wouldn’t say no. I love watching the Premier League and I loved playing there. It helped me a lot to train with world-class players. I don’t know what will happen next. You never know but it’s not like I would say that I don’t want to play there. It’s definitely one of my favourite leagues.”

Ben Chilwell Expected to Tell Leicester He Wants Chelsea Transfer

In the least surprising transfer story of the day, Leicester defender Ben Chilwell has been tipped to force the club's hand in order to push through a move to Chelsea.

The Foxes missed out on Champions League qualification after a dramatic tail off in form, allowing Manchester United - and the Blues - to nip in and steal a seat at the top table of European football.

That's reason enough for the Mirror to speculate that Chilwell will look to engineer a move away from the east Midlands, as he's said to see his long-term future at Stamford Bridge.

Bayer Leverkusen Not Interested in André Onana

Bayer Leverkusen have publicly dismissed links to Ajax goalkeeper André Onana, after a report from the Netherlands suggested they had submitted a bid to sign the Cameroon international.

Per kicker, Leverkusen director Simon Rolfes offered his support to current goalkeeper Lukáš Hrádecký and insisted 'Onana is not an issue'.

Jonathan David Expected to Join Lille

Leeds United are expected to miss out on the signing of Genk forward Jonathan David, according to The Telegraph.

That's because the Canada international is understood to have his heart set on a move to Lille, where he would replace Napoli-bound Victor Osimhen.

Willian Receives Offers From 5 Sides

Willian's agent, Kia Joorabchian, has told talkSPORT that he has received five contract offers, and the Chelsea man will make a decision after the FA Cup final.

He said: “We had big offers – one from MLS which required him to move on July 1 – but he’s always wanted to finish the season at Chelsea and the day after the season has finished he would decide.
He has two concrete offers from Premier League clubs on the table, an offer from an MLS club, and two other offers from Europe."

Norwich Confirm Sebastian Soto Deal

Norwich have completed the signing of 20-year-old forward Sebastian Soto following the American's release from Hannover.

“It’s a proud feeling. It’s super exciting to join Norwich City," he said. “Being a young player, it’s nice to hear that the head coach gives us a chance. It was a big factor in me moving here."

He said: “I don’t think about going back to Argentina. Right now it’s best to stay in Europe. It’s what I want and what the club will surely look for, either with a sale or a loan. For my future and because the dream of every player is to be in Europe, the best thing is to stay here and seek continuity.”

A big day for Chelsea fans. The Blues have now opened formal negotiations with Bayer Leverkusen over Kai Havertz.

That's according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, who states that Chelsea are looking to pay around €80m for the German.
