Tottenham will limp on in their inconsistent 2022/23 season when they host London rivals West Ham in north London on Sunday afternoon.

Spurs travelled to AC Milan in midweek, losing 1-0 after Brahim Diaz's early strike, and were almost battered 4-1 at Leicester in their most recent league outing.

David Moyes has managed to arrest a dramatic slide after losing five games in a row in November and January and are unbeaten in their last four outings, though they are only two points above the relegation zone.

Here's the lowdown on the London derby.

Tottenham team news

Piere-Emile Hojbjerg was suspended for the trip to AC Milan while Yves Bissouma and Rodrigo Bentancur recently suffered long-term injuries, leaving Oliver Skipp and Pape Matar Sarr to play at San Siro. Skipp may drop out for Hojbjerg to return.

Fraser Forster will continue as Hugo Lloris' stand-in while some changes up front could freshen up Spurs' attack, with Richarlison's opportunities limited despite Son Heung-min's struggling form.

Antonio Conte will not be on the sidelines as he stayed in Italy after the Milan defeat following a post-surgery check up, so assistant manager Cristian Stellini will take charge.

Tottenham vs West Ham score prediction

The cloud lingering over Spurs' season shows no sign of dissipating just yet, with injuries to key players making the second half of the campaign appear a real slog. They've been unable to make their stadium a fortress this year, something the Hammers may look to prey on.

West Ham were the first visiting men's team to win at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium back in 2019, though their record away from London Stadium in the Premier League this season is poor, winning just one of 11 games.

This game could turn into a chaotic London derby given the injury problems present in both squads and they may have to share the points in a repeat result of the reverse fixture.

Prediction: Tottenham 1-1 West Ham
