The 2022/23 Nations League is fast approaching, with nations across Europe battling it out for a spot in 2023's finals.
Holders France, Spain, Euro 2020 champions Italy and England are among the teams in League A of the competition.
Every title hopeful needs a top quality goalkeeper and there's no shortage of them around Europe. Here are the best goalies who will be competing in the tournament.
11. Peter Gulacsi
Gulacsi helped Hungary achieve promotion to the Nations League's top division, where they'll face Italy, Germany and England in a tough Group 3.
The RB Leipzig stopper is a firm fixture in Marco Rossi's starting XI and often has his work cut out for him against some of Europe's biggest nations.
10. Kasper Schmeichel
His stock may have taken a fall over last few years, but Schmeichel remains an impressive last line of defence for Denmark.
He was in inspired form during Euro 2020 and will need to be at his best to keep out France, Croatia and Austria in Group 1.
9. Unai Simon
There's plenty of competition for Spain's number one spot, but Simon has featured most prominently under manager Luis Enrique.
A calamitous mistake at Euro 2020 against Croatia has damaged his reputation, but at only 24 years of age he still has all the time in the world left for improvement.
8. Wojciech Szczesny
Szczesny's stock was higher when Juventus were dominating Serie A, but he remains Poland's first choice between the sticks having seen off competition from West Ham's Lukasz Fabianski.
He put in a solid performance in their World Cup playoff victory over Sweden and will need to be in similar form for Nations League games against Wales, Belgium and the Netherlands.
7. Jordan Pickford
While not everyone's cup of tea, Pickford usually ups his game when turning out for England. His performances at the 2018 World Cup and Euro 2020 show that.
Aaron Ramsdale is pushing him hard for the Three Lions' goalie spot, but for now the Everton stopper still has the jersey.
6. Yann Sommer
Bundesliga viewers will not need any reminding of Sommer's constant heroics at club level for Borussia Monchengladbach.
His greatest moment at international level came at Euro 2020 when he saved a penalty from Kylian Mbappe in the shootout victory over France, while he made eight saves in extra time alone in the quarter-finals.
5. Rui Patricio
Patricio's longevity at international level proves just good a goalkeeper he is.
With over 100 appearances for Portugal, the Roma stopper has featured in some of the Selecao's greatest moments, including victory in the inaugural 2018/19 Nations League.
4. Hugo Lloris
While caught out by the occasional gaffe, the fact that Lloris has held down France's number one spot for 13 years shows his quality.
The Bleus captain has racked up over 130 international caps, winning the 2018 World Cup and the 2020/21 Nations League in that time, and few goalies can match the Spurs goalie on pure reflexes.
3. Thibaut Courtois
Courtois has gone up a gear since switching Chelsea to Real Madrid, becoming a towering figure between the sticks at the Bernabeu.
For the Red Devils, he is already closing in on a century of caps and could be their starting goalie for another ten years.
2. Gianluigi Donnarumma
His recent lack of consistent game time is probably the only thing which keeps Donnarumma from top spot here.
The Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper was named Euro 2020's player of the tournament, keeping three clean sheets and only conceding four goals in seven appearances, and more good form will be needed against Germany, England and Hungary.
1. Manuel Neuer
Neuer has been at the top of his game for over 12 years and doesn't look like stopping anytime soon.
Physically intimidating and a close to complete goalkeeper, the Bayern Munich stalwart is just about the best in his position in the Nations League, and maybe even the world.
